Flowers for the lovely occasionSo happens this year my brothers birthday was coincided with Easter..so it was a double celebration. My bro from Sydney flew down for the occasion and so my brothers had a birthday BBQ with their friends the night before Easter. While they were busy catching up with friends, and celebrating their first birthday together after quite some time ....my aunt and I were busy preparing for Easter day lunch.... I have to say I have never in my life chopped that much garlic!!!! hahaha...I even made two dishes.

Eggplant/brinjal dish I made. Not as good as mum's and grandma's, but it sure finished fast. Thats the pleasure in cooking! for people to enjoy, I get it now.
